Glenna Heath
Glenna Heath was raised in Montana on a farm and still carries
a strong love of the land in her work. Plein air painting fulfills
her desire for contact with nature. Since coming to Indiana, her
work has been shown in the Hoosier Salon Annual Show, the Indiana
Plein Air Painters show Hoosier Waters, and in the annual juried
show of the Indiana Plein Air Painters. She has studied the technical
and aesthetic aspects of painting most of her life: in museums in
the U.S. and abroad, in academic settings and ateliers, workshops
with Laura Robb, C.W. Mundy, Joseph Mendes, Greg Kreutz and others.
She has painted throughout the U.S., in Hong Kong, and in northern
Europe.
